Rainbow Starlight takes a top-down approach to game design. We craft the rules of the game to tell the licensed story. Our games match the genre, mood, themes, and visuals of the properties we license. Comedic games should make people laugh. Dramatic games should make people think.
Simplicity
When crafting a set of rules to fit a story, simplicity is often better. Our games need to be easily understood by people in the ages we market to.
Fun
Rainbow Starlight’s games provide a moderate challenge to players. When players strategize, they find themselves in the world of story facing the same dilemmas their favorite characters face.
